Britney, who spent a lot of 2012 on TV as a judge on US X Factor, is reportedly unhappy with the way she looks. To rectify that the pop star is supposedly planning a radical face and body makeover which will include extreme dieting and exercising, as well as plastic surgery, according to US tabloid The National Enquirer.
According to their source the star is: ?unhappy when she sees photos of herself with a very obvious triple chin, and she complains she has fat on her back and on her stomach.?
As well as ploughing in to a strict health and fitness regime the source explained she?s also planning to have eyelid surgery and liposuction on her body. Other plans apparently include Botox, lip fillers and chemical peels.
The songstress will return to the small screen for the next series of US X Factor however she has said to have already informed Simon Cowell that this will be her last. She won the 2012 series with 13-year-old singing sensation, Carly-Rose.
